Frequently asked questions
What can you embroider?
Garments (hoodies, sweatshirts, quarter zips, t-shirts and polos), sauna towels and emblems, which are embroidered patches. We cannot do caps or hats.
What is the minimum order?
One piece is fine. Bigger quantities get a discount (from 10 pieces) and orders of 25 or more pay no digitising fee.
How long does it take?
Typically 7–10 working days after you approve the mockup. Before Christmas, order early: business by 28 November, gifts by 10 December.
What file should I send?
A PNG or JPG of your logo. Higher resolution is better. The designer warns you if it is too small or has too many colours.
Can I review the design before embroidery?
Yes. We send you the design for approval before we start stitching.
How do I wash embroidered clothing?
Wash inside out at 30–40 °C. Avoid tumble drying on high heat.
How do I pay?
A private customer pays right away on the LHV payment page (bank link or card). We send a mockup and do not stitch anything until you approve it; if you cancel, we refund the money. A business can choose "I will pay by invoice": then we send the mockup and an invoice and you pay by bank transfer.
Can I return a product?
Every product is embroidered to your own design, so it is personalised and there is no 14-day right of withdrawal. Until you approve the mockup and pay you can cancel for free. Faulty goods or goods that do not match the mockup we repair or remake. See Delivery & returns.
