What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Please note that personalized items are made specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
All made-to-order products have a lead time of 7 days maximum. Shipping within Estonia takes 1-5 days. International shipping can take up to 30 days.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our embroidery is made in Estonia. We work with carefully chosen clothing manufacturers from around the world to make sure our products are high quality, comfortable, and fairly priced.
How much does shipping cost?
We ship using local couriers such as Omniva, SmartPosti, and DPD. Shipping costs are based on the courier’s rates and depend on the size of your package. You’ll always see the exact shipping price before completing your purchase.
